Peralta Oaks North Headquarters

The East Bay Regional Park District (EBRPD) is moving its public meeting room for the Board of Directors as well as key administrative offices and the public safety division into a renovated building across the street from the existing headquarters building to create a new EBRPD headquarters complex. A new accessible welcome plaza and building entry at the renovated building will be created along with an accessible landscape connection between the two buildings. Garden roof terraces on the second and third floors of the renovated building with panoramic views across Oakland to the San Francisco Bay provide intimate and expansive outdoor space for the staff. The surrounding hillside site will be restored as a native oak woodland.
