Cowper Street

The one-acre estate features heritage trees and remnant native oak woodlands, expanded to re-establish the original natural setting of the home. The deteriorated National Register-listed Spanish Colonial Revival-style home and courtyards were restored, and the gardens rehabilitated. Sculptor Edwin Hamilton built a cut-stone wall, fountainhead, and cascading stone stream that drains and recharges the flat site.
